Shareholders approved the updated charter of OJSC "ABank" and agreed on the process of re-registration with the relevant state authorities.
After all necessary procedures are completed, the bank will operate under the new name - OJSC "ABank".
The institution "Aiyl Bank" was established in 1996 by the government of Kyrgyzstan with the support of the World Bank as a financial and credit institution under the name "Kyrgyz Agricultural Financial Corporation" (KAFC). The main task of KAFC was to provide loans to private farmers and agricultural producers on a sustainable basis. On December 27, 2006, a decision was made to transform OJSC "Kyrgyz Agricultural Financial Corporation" into OJSC "Aiyl Bank".
