As reported by the government, Amangeldiev emphasized that Kyrgyzstan is actively implementing large projects in the fields of infrastructure, energy, and industry. In his opinion, this contributes to the formation of sustainable economic growth and the modernization of the country's economy.
The Kambaratinskaya HPP-1 project was highlighted as a key initiative in the region. He stressed that its implementation will ensure energy security, support industrial development, and give a boost to electricity exports.
The First Deputy Chairman also noted that the implementation of strategic initiatives is changing the economic landscape of the region and opening new horizons for international business.
To confirm the investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan, he provided data indicating that in 2025, the international rating agency Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings confirmed the country's sovereign credit rating at B+ with a "stable" outlook. Furthermore, it was noted that the state’s tax policy is aimed at supporting and developing investors and the business sector.
“The main goal of our cabinet is to create reliable and clear conditions for long-term investments and technological partnerships in the region,” emphasized Amangeldiev.
In conclusion of the meeting, he expressed confidence that the dialogue that took place will serve as a starting point for new projects, the development of technological cooperation, and strengthening long-term economic partnerships between the Kyrgyz Republic and American companies.
