The issues concern the stretch of the road between the 20th and 23rd kilometers. The ministry clarified that the object has not yet been accepted due to the violations identified during the construction work.
A special commission was established on January 31, 2026, and is currently conducting additional inspections on-site. The contractor will be required to rectify all identified shortcomings at their own expense based on the commission's findings.
It should be noted that there were also plans for the asphalting of a four-kilometer section of the Naryn — Oruikhtam road in the Naryn region. This work was assigned to the contracting company "Bey Bazar" based on a contract with the road maintenance enterprise No. 24 of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol—North."
