The Cabinet plans to increase food exports to 75 billion soms in 2026-2030.
It is expected that the implementation of this plan will begin in the first quarter of 2026 and continue until the fourth quarter of 2030.
As part of this initiative, a national brand for organic and halal products will be developed, including a logo, packaging, and marketing strategies. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economy are responsible for carrying out this task.
It is planned that as a result of these efforts, a national brand will be presented and a marketing strategy will be developed to promote Kyrgyz walnuts, rice, honey, and dried apricots, as well as to increase the export volume to the targeted 75 billion soms.

According to the National Statistical Committee, in 2024, the value of food product exports amounted to about 37.5 billion soms. This figure includes export supplies of animals and animal products, plant products, fats and oils of both plant and animal origin, as well as finished food products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products.
