In the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, citizens' complaints regarding irrigation issues were heard.
Key representatives of the ministry participated in the discussion, including the deputy minister, heads of departments for water policy and drinking water supply, as well as the director of the relevant supervisory authority. Direct communication with citizens provided an opportunity to voice problems directly to those responsible for decision-making and resource allocation in the agricultural sector.
As a result of the meeting, the ministry's leadership instructed its structural units to carefully consider each appeal in order to provide real assistance within the framework of the legislation. Such events are held on a regular basis, highlighting the agency's commitment to openness, transparency, and a quick response to public requests, as well as strengthening interaction between government bodies and society.
