According to information from local authorities, as of January 27, 2026, sellers began to settle into their new trading spaces. Comfortable conditions have been created for them — the rows are located in a closed area and on a spacious territory with good access.
Previously, trading took place along the central streets, and sales points were located near residential buildings. In some cases, sellers even placed their goods on the roadway.
The relocation of trading points is carried out as part of a project to consolidate markets in one area. To date, more than 30 small markets in the city have already been moved to the new "Jaa Osh Bazaar" [central market]. Relevant agreements are being signed between entrepreneurs and the market management.
