Bishkek and Jalal-Abad Lead in Attracting FDI in Kyrgyzstan

- In Kyrgyzstan, from January to September 2025, $885 million 018.8 thousand in foreign direct investments (FDI) were attracted, as shown by official statistics.

The largest portion of these investments went to Bishkek, where $339 million 617.4 thousand were attracted, which constitutes a significant share of the total volume.

Jalal-Abad region ranked first among the regions, receiving $157 million 618.6 thousand. The second place belongs to Chui region with an amount of $129 million 453.2 thousand, followed by Talas region, which received $135 million 542 thousand.

The volume of FDI in Osh region amounted to $30 million 759.7 thousand, in Naryn region — $45 million 406.2 thousand, and in Batken region — $40 million 097.3 thousand.

The smallest volumes of investments were registered in Issyk-Kul region — $5 million 313.6 thousand and in the city of Osh — $1 million 210.8 thousand.
