Kyrgyzstan and the World Bank will continue the implementation of joint development programs

Today, a meeting took place between Bakyt Sydykov, the Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, and Nadji Benhassin, the Regional Director of the World Bank for Central Asia.

During this meeting, aspects of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the World Bank, as well as the current economic situation in the country, were discussed.

Sydykov noted that the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic has shown positive results and growth in recent years, which is associated with the comprehensive development of key sectors.

The parties emphasized the implementation of current projects financed by the World Bank and discussed further steps to strengthen cooperation.

Nadji Benhassin confirmed the World Bank's readiness to continue cooperation, highlighting the positive trends in the republic's economic growth.

At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed their intention to actively work on the implementation of previously reached agreements.
