Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed to implement a 'digital window' for tourists

Kyrgyzstan is striving to radically improve conditions for foreign travelers. The head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has instructed to develop a unified digital platform in the shortest possible time, which will combine all necessary tourist services in one place.

To date, the country's tourism sector is facing serious difficulties related to insufficient integration of services. Foreign citizens are forced to contact various authorities to obtain visas, insurance, or arrange transportation. This creates additional complications associated with bureaucracy and language barriers, which negatively affects the country's reputation.

"Tourists should not waste their time on bureaucratic procedures. We need a platform that combines government services, private sector offerings, and modern payment methods. The entire process, from crossing the border to leaving the country, should be digitized and intuitive," noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The formation of the "digital tourist window" will be handled by an interagency working group, which includes the Department of Tourism, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Finance, and specialists from the state enterprise "Tunduk." In the near future, they will need to agree on the technical parameters of the new system and determine funding sources. It is expected that the launch of this platform will provide a powerful impetus for increasing tourist flow and make the stay in Kyrgyzstan as comfortable as possible.
