
According to data for the period from January to November 2025, the average nominal salary in Kyrgyzstan, excluding small enterprises, amounted to 42,954 soms. This figure is 19.1 percent higher than in the same period of 2024.
Taking inflation into account, real wages increased by 10.2 percent, indicating positive changes in citizens' incomes.
Official data shows that the growth of the average monthly nominal salary was observed in all sectors of the economy.
The most significant salary growth was recorded in the real estate sector, where the increase was 32.2 percent. A noticeable growth was also noted in public administration, defense, and the mandatory social security system — 31.6 percent.
In the construction industry, salaries increased by 30.8 percent, while in professional, scientific, and technical activities, they rose by 29.6 percent. In administrative and support activities, the growth was 28.5 percent.
Additionally, the incomes of workers in the healthcare and social services sector increased by 22.8 percent, and in the hotel and restaurant business — by 20.3 percent.
As a result, at the end of eleven months of 2025, the increase in salaries in the country manifested itself in a comprehensive and stable growth, encompassing both the public and private sectors of the economy.
