During the meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on Science, Education, and Innovative Development, as well as Culture and Sports, Deputy Rustambek Sovetbek uulu raised an important question about Kyrgyzstan's cooperation with international IT companies and investors.
In response to this question, Aziz Abakirov, the director of the "Directorate of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic," noted that Kyrgyz IT specialists are becoming part of a global brand.
“Over the past five years, we have observed an active presence of large international IT companies in Kyrgyzstan. For example, EPAM, with 50,000 employees and headquarters in New York, has made significant investments in our country by opening an office and creating 200 new jobs. Currently, the company is implementing a major project. Additionally, Kanda Software has acquired one of our pioneering companies and has also made investments. They are interested in our talented specialists. Recently, a French company, Nova, visited us,” he added.
