Returning migrants are investing capital in real estate, which has raised housing and rental prices - a deputy proposed to redirect investments from real estate to business.
Sagynaev noted that most migrants left Kyrgyzstan with only a secondary education, which complicates their employment in government service in the country.
According to the deputy, most of them worked abroad in the taxi sector and upon returning are not ready to engage in construction.
Due to a lack of business skills, many returning migrants have started to invest their savings in real estate, which, according to Sagynaev, contributes to a significant increase in prices for residential properties and rent.
The deputy proposed developing an application called "Business Tunduk," which would serve as an assistant for investors and migrants wishing to start their own business. This application should provide information on investments in various sectors, as well as instructions for gathering the necessary documentation.
In response, Deputy Minister of Digital Development Zamirbek Kozhomuratov expressed readiness to consider this issue.
