As part of the signed agreement, the implementation of an investment project related to the construction of a cascade of small hydropower plants with a total capacity of about 200 MW is planned.
The estimated investment amount for the project reaches 300 million US dollars.According to representatives of the Ministry of Energy, the implementation of this project will contribute to the introduction of new generating capacities, improve the energy stability of the country, and ensure the stable development of the energy sector.
