Construction sites without a single passport identified in Bishkek
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, construction sites have been identified that lack passports.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, the city management of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department conducted an inspection and found that a number of sites are not registered in the official registry and do not have a unified passport.
During this inspection, the following addresses were established where the passport is missing:
- Ankara Street, 1/7
- Tokmok Street, 156 and 37
As a result of the inspection, administrative measures were taken against developers such as LLC "Level", LLC "Ai-Group", and LLC "A-Plus". Control measures are ongoing.
Additional information:
A unified construction passport is a document that confirms the legality of construction works and contains all necessary information about the site, including a QR code. It must be issued in a format established by the state and displayed at each construction site in the country.
