In Talas, a pavilion builder was fined for lacking project documentation

- In various regions of Kyrgyzstan, raids aimed at monitoring construction sites are actively being conducted, as reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.

Inspectors from the Talas Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control identified violations at the construction site of a trade pavilion located at: Talas city, Berdike Batyr street, 176.

According to the department's information, the project documentation was absent at the site, and violations of technical safety standards at the construction site were also recorded.

“As a result of the inspection, a protocol was drawn up against N.T. Tolobaev, who was engaged in the construction, and he was fined for violating legislation. In addition, a directive was issued regarding the necessity of obtaining an urban planning assignment (GZ) and all required permits,” the Ministry of Construction reported.
