As part of the enforcement of court decisions, the Bailiff Service has collected an amount of 185 million 588 thousand 605 soms in favor of various state and municipal institutions, including the State Tax Service, the State Customs Service, as well as the city administration and local self-government bodies.
According to the General Prosecutor's Office, during the enforcement proceedings, claims were made against movable and immovable property, with a total value of 344 million 924 thousand 684 soms.
The agency also notes an increase in the volume of enforcement documents. In 2024, the Bailiff Service received 315 thousand 932 documents, of which 200 thousand 273 were executed, accounting for 63.3% of the total number of cases in progress.
In 2025, the number of new documents increased to 495 thousand 849, which is 179 thousand 917 more than the previous year, representing an increase of nearly 57%.
Of the total number of documents received in 2025, 370 thousand 760 were actually executed, which constitutes 86.5% of the total volume in progress.
These achievements were made possible by the reform of the court decision enforcement system, initiated by the presidential decree dated June 23, 2025, No. 187, as well as by improving coordination, control, and management processes after the transfer of the Bailiff Service to the General Prosecutor's Office.
