Japan has sent an expert to Kyrgyzstan to develop the investment sector
Starting from December 10, 2025, Takeuchi Norihiko will begin his activities in Kyrgyzstan as part of the support for the National Investment Agency. His two-year mission involves providing consulting and analytical services, including participation in the development of the Investment Policy Development Strategy for Kyrgyzstan until 2030. This initiative is being implemented with the assistance of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Norihiko, born in 1969, has significant experience in corporate governance and international investments. He graduated from Keio University in 1994, earning a bachelor's degree in humanities with a focus on management and policy.
In the past, Norihiko served as the general manager of the investment department and business support division at Bokd Investment Co., Ltd. His work involved managing both domestic and international investments, as well as providing strategic support to companies within the investment portfolio.
He also has experience working at Otsuka Techno Corporation, where he held key roles, including director of corporate planning and general manager of business development. During this period, his responsibilities included developing partnerships both in Japan and abroad, as well as promoting investment projects in technology for the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group.
