In Bishkek, the launch of solar projects in remote regions was discussed
Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, held a meeting with a delegation from the international investment and development company Vantagion Terra Group Limited, as reported by the agency's press service.
During the discussion, opportunities for cooperation in the field of solar energy were considered, as well as the implementation of projects in mountainous and hard-to-reach areas of the country.
The head of the agency emphasized that the development of renewable energy sources is a key direction of the state investment policy. He noted that Kyrgyzstan is interested in attracting reliable international partners to implement sustainable and advanced technologies in energy, especially in areas with limited access to electricity.
Vantagion Terra Group Limited represents an international investment platform focused on renewable energy. The company covers the entire project cycle—from attracting investments to the construction and operation of solar and wind power plants.
As a result of the meeting, the parties expressed mutual interest in further cooperation and the intention to begin developing specific projects in the field of green energy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
