Some investors have already made a down payment of 15% of the apartment's cost.
It is known that the land plot where construction is taking place belongs to the mayor's office of Shopokov. In exchange for allocating a site of more than 8 hectares, the mayor's office was to receive 140 apartments.
Tumanbaev stated the need to create a commission to assess the current situation.
"If the company does not have the funds to complete the construction, the property will pass into state ownership, as the land is state-owned. We will wait for the president's decision on this matter," he said.
Tumanbaev also mentioned other projects, such as KG Group and "Köçmön City", where investors have also suffered. Currently, construction work is ongoing at these sites with the participation of the State Mortgage Company.
