The signing of the relevant resolution took place under the leadership of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
This initiative was developed to ensure state support through budgetary lending, which is necessary to stimulate sustainable economic growth, develop key sectors of the economy, improve life support infrastructure and utility systems, as well as to ensure national, energy, economic, and food security.
It should be noted that the text of the new regulation has not been published by the Cabinet.
