Oruntaev specified that the work of the ministry's departments is carried out on a self-financing basis, and that many employees are highly specialized professionals, making them in demand in the labor market.
“Among them are many architects, builders, designers, and engineers whose skills and knowledge are highly valued. These specialists check project documents and technical solutions for the construction of multi-story buildings and complex engineering facilities, as well as ensure that the constructions meet established requirements,” he added.
The minister emphasized that it is the level of responsibility and qualifications of the employees that determines the size of their salaries.
