Additionally, Sygynaev urged the government to pay attention to the construction of state mortgage houses in villages, as the issue of housing shortages in rural areas is very acute. He believes that affordable housing could help retain young people in the regions and reduce migration to urban centers.
The deputy also touched upon the issue of gasification in Karakol, which is located in the Issyk-Kul region. He noted that this city is a significant tourist destination, attracting visitors throughout the year. The lack of stable gas supply negatively affects the development of infrastructure, the quality of life for local residents, and the attractiveness of Karakol for tourists.
