For the residential areas of "Novopavlovka," "Kut," and "Uchkyn-2," the construction of central streets with sidewalks is planned, for which 73 million soms have been allocated. In 2026, a road parallel to the Vasilievsky tract will be built for 32 million soms.

In the area of "Zhenish," the asphalting of the streets Prigorodnaya, Okrainaya, and Zhashtyk-2 is planned.

Additionally, in the residential area of "Tendik," an above-ground pedestrian crossing will be built at the intersection with the Northern bypass road, for which 54 million soms have been allocated.
