Medet Tairov received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in 2008, and later became a master of economics.
He began his career as a manager and gradually advanced to director in various large commercial companies. He took his first steps in the banking sector by working at the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank." Since 2016, Tairov worked at the Open Joint-Stock Company "Aiyl Bank," and then became a member of the board of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Bank of Asia."
Since February 28, 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at the Open Joint-Stock Company "Eldik Bank."
