This license provides the new bank with the opportunity to carry out financial operations in accordance with the country's legislation.
It is worth noting that in July of last year, the Ministry of Justice registered "Alma Finance Bank," which was established with the involvement of Chinese investments. The institution is headed by Wang Xin, and its legal address is located in Bishkek, at Ogonbaeva Street, 222. This same building also houses the office of the microfinance company "Alma Credit," which has been operating in Kyrgyzstan since 2013 and is led by Ermek Ormotoev.
The founders of the new bank are six individuals, three of whom are citizens of China. One of them, Liu Wenzhong, is also a founder of two other companies that are part of the founders of "Alma Finance Bank": LLC "Baden Service," which is involved in construction, and LLC "Kyrgyz Temir Group."
Thus, "Alma Finance Bank" has become the 23rd bank operating in the republic.
