Compared to the same period in 2024, when production amounted to 1 million 692 thousand 502 tons, there is an increase of 50,746.2 tons, which corresponds to a growth of 3%.
The highest amount of milk was produced in the Chui region, where 449.8 thousand tons were recorded. Significant volumes were also achieved in the Jalal-Abad region — 369.6 thousand tons, and the Osh region — 327.3 thousand tons.
In the Issyk-Kul region, production amounted to 268.6 thousand tons, in the Naryn region — 140.6 thousand tons, in the Batken region — 97.1 thousand tons, and in the Talas region — 72.0 thousand tons.
In the major cities of the country, production volumes remain low as before. In Bishkek, only 8.3 thousand tons of raw milk were produced, while in Osh — 9.8 thousand tons.
Thus, the main source of raw milk production in the country continues to be rural areas, particularly the Chui, Jalal-Abad, and Osh regions.
