"The growth in the number of clients, the improvement in service quality, and the enhancement of infrastructure contributed to this success," the message stated. "The commissioning of new facilities after major repairs and construction also played an important role."
The directorate also discussed projects for the reconstruction, construction, and development of sanatorium and resort facilities, funded both by the Workers' Health Improvement Fund and from the institutions' own resources.
For example, the "Ysyk-Ata" sanatorium was fully restored and reopened after a major renovation costing 500 million soms.
Now the sanatorium is equipped with modern medical equipment.The children's health center "Ulan," which cost half a billion soms to build, became the first in the country to use sports and therapeutic methods. Its technical opening took place on September 6.
In addition, the reception area and entrance zone of the "KögülTür Ysyk-Köl" sanatorium have been updated, new asphalt has been laid, and a modern lighting system has been installed. Five floors of the main building have been completely renovated and are now equipped with modern technology and furniture. Sports grounds and children's play areas have also been reconstructed, with new equipment and exercise machines installed. Two football fields have been put into operation.
In the "Jalal-Abad" sanatorium, a new building for 40 guests (luxury class) and six A-frame houses were built in 2024.
In 2025, open and children's swimming pools were constructed here, the mineral water pavilion was updated, and two more A-frame houses with small pools were built. Old asphalt was removed in some areas and new covering was laid. Work was also carried out to improve the infrastructure and landscaping of the territory. Construction and remodeling work began in October to bring the 3rd building up to modern standards.
The "Zheti-Ögüz" sanatorium is undergoing reconstruction costing 500 million soms. Currently, the reconstruction of block "A" of the main building, with an area of 2,400 sq. m, has been completed, with a readiness level of 95%. Full commissioning is planned for 2026.
Similar renovation work is also being carried out in the "Arstanbap" and "Arstanbap-Ata" boarding houses, the directorate added.
