The document also specifies allowances:
- for participation in multiple projects: 15% for two, 20% for three, and 25% for four or more;
- for work experience in international projects: 10% for 3–5 years and 20% for more than 5 years.
According to the annex to the resolution, the maximum salary for the head (director/manager) of the project department is 182,000 soms per month.
For deputy heads, financial managers, coordinators, and chief procurement specialists, the salary is set at 150,000 soms.
Procurement specialists will receive 142,500 soms, while accountants/payment specialists will earn 133,000 soms.
Support staff (office managers/secretaries, administrative assistants, drivers) will receive 49,000 soms, while the salary for regional support staff will be 42,000 soms.
For short-term consultants, the rates are set at up to 231,000 soms for contracts up to 6 months and up to 165,000 soms for terms from 6 to 12 months. The salary for translators is 98,000 soms, and for translator-secretaries/office managers, it is 105,000 soms.
Government agencies involved in such projects are required to withhold income tax and social fund contributions from the salaries of the specified employees on a monthly basis.
The resolution cancels the previous decision dated July 12, 2022, No. 371. The new rules come into effect on January 1, 2026.
