In Kyrgyzstan, flour and cereals worth 9.4 billion soms were produced in the first 11 months of 2025.

- Data from official statistics show that the volume of flour and cereal production in Kyrgyzstan from January to November 2025 reached 9 billion 442.1 million soms. This clearly demonstrates growth compared to the same period of the previous year, when the volume was 8 billion 160.4 million soms.

The index of physical volume of production for the period under review in 2025 was 108%, which confirms a real increase in production. For comparison, in the corresponding period of 2024, this index was 110.3%.

In November 2025, the volume of produced flour and cereals amounted to 973.4 million soms, which is lower than in November 2024, when the figure was 1 billion 043.9 million soms. The index of physical volume in November 2025 was at 102%, while in November of the previous year it was 103.2%.
