Import of dried leguminous vegetables from Kazakhstan increased 5 times in the first 10 months of 2025

- In the first 10 months of 2025, there has been a fivefold increase in the import of dried legumes from Kazakhstan. The National Statistical Committee reported that from January to October, Kyrgyzstan imported 30,400 tons of dried legumes worth $11 million. In comparison, during the same period last year, the import volume was only 6,700 tons worth $3.4 million.
