President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev made serious statements condemning the pressure on businesses from officials and law enforcement agencies. This occurred on the same day: the Prime Minister spoke in Osh at a meeting on personnel issues at the city hall, while the President voiced his remarks during the opening of a cable car in the Ala-Archa gorge.
During the opening of a new tourist facility near Bishkek, the President noted that Kyrgyzstan is open for both domestic and foreign investments. Favorable conditions are being created to stimulate capital, tax burdens on local companies are being reduced, and the process of obtaining necessary permits is being simplified. As a result, there is an increase in business activity among entrepreneurs. However, he stated that excessive interference from regulatory bodies creates significant barriers for businesses.

Sadyr Japarov urged everyone to take his warning seriously. "I constantly emphasize that the state seeks to create the best conditions for those entrepreneurs who are ready to invest in the development of various sectors, and we will continue to create a favorable environment for their work. We have also introduced a moratorium on unjustified inspections," he added.
He also appealed to law enforcement agencies to refrain from pressuring entrepreneurs who contribute to the country's development. "If I learn of any pressure, do not expect me to ignore it," the President stressed.
At the same time, he expressed hope that entrepreneurs, feeling support from the state, will work honestly and not evade taxes," noted the head of state.
The President's speech was supported by the Prime Minister, who also harshly criticized unjustified inspections and demanded an end to illegal interference in business activities.

"Unjustified and illegal inspections must be completely stopped. Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, and Tax Service, I urge you to cease illegal pressure on businesses. If there are real violations, that is one thing. But simply coming and demanding 'give this much, bring that' - that should not happen," emphasized Kasymaliev.
He also reminded that there is a moratorium on inspections in the country, and any control measures must be carried out strictly within the law and with justification. The head of government instructed the prosecutor's office to closely monitor the situation and prevent abuses: "Supporting entrepreneurship is a priority of state policy, and any forms of pressure or corruption must be suppressed." Economic expert Sergey Ponomarev, in comments for IA "Kabar," noted that the statements of high-ranking officials have serious grounds. "It has been said many times that there is pressure on businesses. It is important that now we see political will and a clear position from the President," he noted.

Entrepreneurs have always been the driving force of the economy. Their activity directly influences infrastructure development, job creation, and the construction of social facilities. The development of the country depends on the taxes paid by businessmen. And it is important that the state is now paying attention to supporting businesses. The understanding of the need to support entrepreneurs has become evident.
Clear and understandable rules for doing business are necessary, reflecting a stable regulatory policy. Stability will attract both domestic and foreign investors who will see opportunities for investment in Kyrgyzstan," concluded Ponomarev.
Business representatives also note that the leadership's emphasis on economic discipline and the protection of entrepreneurs is not accidental. Kyrgyzstan faces the challenge not only of maintaining high growth rates but also of creating conditions for a transition to a new qualitative level.
A stable and growing business that can scale is key to the successful functioning of the state, ensuring the reliability of the social sphere, and the effectiveness of governance institutions. As experts emphasize, cooperation between managers and entrepreneurs creates synergy for development.
