The purpose of this document is to enhance information sovereignty and develop telecommunications infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Code.
According to the resolution, the following companies have been granted the status of national telecommunications operators:
- "Aknet" (LLC);
- "Alpha Telecom" (JSC);
- "Kyrgyztelecom" (JSC);
- "Sky Mobile" (LLC);
- "ElKat" (LLC).
It is also stated that these operators are obliged to fulfill the tasks specified in part 5 of Article 134 of the Digital Code, within the framework of the funds allocated annually from the republican budget.
A procedure for interaction between national telecommunications operators and entities operating in the digital sphere has been approved.
The resolution will come into effect seven days after its signing.
