Almaz Beknazartegin and Zuurа Bayamanova have been removed from the board of directors, and Eldiyar Doolbekov and Artyk Alymbaev have been appointed in their places.
In addition, the Ministry of Finance has decided to terminate the powers of board members: Azamat Zhorobekov, Jamila Koichumanova, and Artyk Alymbaev. The new board includes Ulanbek Shamkeev and Oksana Solomko, who will serve as deputy chairpersons of the board, as well as Azamat Davletaliev, who has become a new board member. Nurshet Usupbaeva has been appointed as the chief accountant.
It is worth noting that "Kylým Bank" has not yet received a license to conduct banking operations, and its activities have not actually started.
We also remind you that the Prime Minister excluded from the resolution the clause that designated OJSC "Kylým Bank" as a central counterparty, national depository, and agent responsible for settlement and clearing operations in Kyrgyzstan, as well as for the storage and accounting of securities and the assignment of identification codes to such securities.
